Yang Style Taijiquan

This style of Chinese martial art can be easily identified by its slow movements, meditative nature and elegance. Taiji Quan contains applications for self defense that are similar to other throwing arts or wrestling. With a combination of form practice, two partner drills and push hand exercises, our Taiji program will help increases endurance, flexibility, leg strength, coordination and balance.
